Refund & Return Policy for Big Store

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your product! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or worn items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, contact us at the email below.


SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, worn slippers cannot be returned.
